Tracy K. Woodard

PROGRAM MANAGER, NEIGHBORHOOD-BASED HOMELESS SERVICES

Tracy K. Woodard has worked in street outreach since 1999. Along with being an Intown case manager she is President of Mad Housers Inc., an Atlanta-based non-profit that builds locking modular shelters for homeless adults and gives them away for free (www.madhousers.org).  She has degrees from Georgia State University and University of Georgia, and lives in southwest Atlanta with her wonderful husband Nick Hess and equally wonderful children Karl and Ada, all of whom do homeless street outreach.
