Karina Mia Gonzalez joined the Operations Team at Intown Cares in 2023, bringing a passion for problem-solving, advocacy, and helping others in their role. As a Latine, nonbinary, queer individual, Karina is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and equity. They live in Decatur, Georgia, with their partner and two pet bunnies.

 

A musician and vocalist, Karina has appeared on season 6 of NBC's The Voice, collaborated with Detroit techno group Octave One, and released original music. They are also a proud advocate for body positivity, celebrating diversity through plus-size modeling work.

 

Outside of work, Karina enjoys dancing, cooking up family recipes, and spending time with loved ones, reflecting their commitment to creativity, connection, and making a positive impact in all aspects of life.
