Joanna Genser is a CPA with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience and the founder of Genser & Genser, LLC. She obtained her master’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas with an emphasis in audit and began her career in public accounting. She worked on Wall Street at Credit Suisse before moving to Atlanta in 2000. She has worked as CFO and a financial consultant in manufacturing, real estate, and service industries but has focused on technology companies for the last five years. She played a key role in an IPO for EndoChoice, a medical device company (now Boston Scientific), and most recently in the successful sale of Pegasus, a hotel technology company. She has served Intown Cares for almost six years. She now serves Intown Cares as Immediate Past Board Chair.
