Aaron Chaiken, MBA

Aaron Chaiken is the Vice President of Americas Consulting Programs at Bain & Company, where he leads talent strategy, program development, and compensation for the consulting team in the Americas. Previously, Aaron held multiple roles in strategy consulting, where his client work focused primarily on organizational structure and effectiveness. He also held operating roles in Bain’s Atlanta office, including Program/Talent Management and Chief of Staff to Atlanta’s Office Head. 
 
Aaron graduated from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA and an AB in Law, Letters, and Society from the University of Chicago. He lives in Atlanta’s Candler Park neighborhood with his wife and two children.
